Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched, by contacting us via WhatsApp at 9589831499.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; you may refuse delivery, subject to Section 4.4 below.

• Because our products are herbal/health consumables, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products, for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Unopened products in original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 2 days of delivery, provided you contact us within this window with proof of purchase.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp at 9589831499 with your order details and a photo/video of the product.
• Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund, at our discretion.

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason (damaged/wrong item), it will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation, and any applicable shipping costs already incurred may be deducted from future orders or communicated to you.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-8 business days to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer/UPI (for COD orders, where applicable).
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Change of mind after the product has been opened.
• Results not matching individual expectations (see Health & Product Disclaimer — results vary by individual).
• Delay in reporting an issue beyond the stated window.
