• Nuurrani Herbal does not operate an online checkout/payment gateway on the Website at this time.
• Orders are placed by contacting our team via WhatsApp (or the enquiry form on the Website), where our sales team will confirm product details, pricing, and delivery address with you.
• Orders are typically fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD); prepaid/online payment may be offered at our discretion.
• An order is considered confirmed only after our team verbally or in writing (via WhatsApp) confirms it to you.

• Prices are quoted at the time of your WhatsApp conversation with our sales team and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
